Blackberry Phone Radio "Off", how to turn back on?

 
Have you "Manage Connections" Icon, and check the box next to "Mobile Network."  Even when the box is checked and the circle next to it turns green, it is still saying radio is turned off.
So when you scroll down to "services status" is says that your blackberry internet service is "not connected." How do you fix this??

When device is ON, remove the battery, wait a minute and turn the battery back to the device.
